On Sunday, February 12, 2023, Ambassador Dr. Mohammed Sabir, President of President Jalal Talabani Foundation, accompanied by a delegation of the foundation, visited the Presidency of Sulaimani University, Prof. Dr. Kosar Mohammed, President of Sulaimani University and members of the university council.
In a meeting, Dr. Mohammed Sabir, spoke about the importance and role of Sulaimani University, said: "The program and plan of the foundation with Sulaimani University and other universities is to work to strengthen the scientific field and to organize a number of scientific activities through the scientific board of the foundation in the near future to enhance the Scientific level and community service.
The president of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation said that they want to sign a memorandum of understanding between the President Jalal Talabani Foundation and Sulaimani University in the near future.
The president of Sulaimani University said: "They are looking forward to conduct scientific joint activities with the foundation of President Jalal Talabani in order to further serve the thoughts and vision of President Mam Jalal through scientific research in different dimensions of President Mam Jalal's struggle.
