We aim to capacity building amongst Government employees

The President Jalal Talabani Foundation conducted its second training course for the employees of various directorates within Sulaimany governorate under the title of Rights and duties of Employees. This course aims to enhance and increase the employees’ information in terms of their administrational rights and duties.

The course targeted employees of eight directorates in Sulaimany Governorate and lasted for three days. Thursday, 18 May 2023 was the last day of the training course. Some of the participated talked for the Media of President Jalal Talabani Foundation.

A participant said; “these courses are required and it is essential for all government offices employees to participate in and I suggest to continue conducting them”.

At the end of the certificates of participation were distributed to the participants. The course was given by Professor Kawa Mohammed Qaradaxi a PHD lecturer at Sulaimany University.
