Ambassadors Dr. Muhammad Sabir and Salim Isa Al-Zoabi Focus on Strengthening Development Collaborations

Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Sabir, President of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation, and his delegation visited the Emirates Embassy in Baghdad on May 20, 2024, where they were warmly received by His Excellency, Ambassador of the Emirates, Mr. Salim Isa Al-Zoabi.
During the visit, Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Sabir highlighted that the President Jalal Talabani Foundation is a national and cultural foundation, independently registered across Iraq. He emphasized the foundation's belief in collaborative efforts with other parties, non-profit, and governmental organizations to create the best service opportunities.
Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Sabir also discussed with Ambassador Al-Zoabi the possibility of allocating scholarships in the United Arab Emirates for Iraqi graduates to pursue Master's and PhD degrees in the Humanities and Sciences.
In response, His Excellency Ambassador Salim Isa Al-Zoabi warmly welcomed the foundation's president and appreciated his serious efforts to make the foundation a center for education and training, focusing on sustainable development for people, culture, and society. He emphasized the importance of building collaborative opportunities in development projects that enhance the quality of life across all societal strata. Additionally, he supported the coordination and assistance of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation through its engagement with similar institutions and organizations in the United Arab Emirates.
